Come to North Idaho, we are one of the fast growing regions in the country in both population grown and job growth. Home prices are still way below what you find to the states west of us but they are on the move. Let us help you invest.
Investment Price Points
Idaho can have some different ways to invest. In some areas is makes sense to purchase and rent out on a short term or vacation rental term. In other areas, it makes sense to buy and hold and do long term rentals. It is still possible to buy good homes between $200,000 - $300,000 and then have them rent and cash flow. In out lying areas, it makes a lot of sense to buy homes for closer to $100,000 and then rent those out.

Low end Single Family from $150,000-$225,000
Mid range Single Family from $225,000-$300,000
Upper range $300,000 and up
Overall single family home median price point in Ada County is in the $315's as of Winter/Spring 2019.
Duplexes range from $200,000-$350,000
Fourplexes from $350,000-$600,000
