We know how difficult it is find an investor friendly Realtor in an out of town market. It is time consuming to scour real estate websites to find an agent with investment experience in your target market. Most REALTOR sites tout the agent's ability with traditional buy and sell transactions. An investment transaction is dramatically different and requires a unique skill set and temperament.
Joe Facenda, a Realtor with RE/MAX Gateway in Northern Virginia, had that exact problem. He decided to invest in markets outside of his home market and was shocked at how hard it was to find a fellow Realtor who understood investments. He thought if as a Realtor, he was having trouble, others must as well. So, he decided to start this site to bring together investor friendly Realtors from around the country. He wanted this team of great agents to be experienced, customer service oriented and personally involved in investing themselves. And they are!
- On average our agents completed 33 transactions last year and over 25% of their business is investor business
- On average our agents have been licensed 10 years and none less than 3.
- All of our agents are personally involved in investing. Some currently own buy and hold investments. Others have sold personal investment property. And others have flipped or rehabbed. Our agents know real estate investing!
How Are REALTORS Selected?
If you're an investor, you can't just pick any agent. And if you're buying outside of your home market, you can only afford to work with the best. We've handpicked them for you! Agents cannot pay to be featured on this site. They must be asked! All agents on this site have been invited based on their real estate background, production levels, and investing experience.
We only select one agent per market. Therefore, they know that if they do not prove to be the best, they can lose their spot. We doubt you will have any issues with our agents but if you do, we want to know immediately. We will investigate and remove them from the site if warranted. We will follow up with each investor to ensure superior service was received.*

- Recently sold homes that are typical investment homes in that market

- Estimated taxes
- Estimated insurance
- HOA or condo fees
With those numbers you will be able to see if a particular city fits your parameters. Each city page is designed so that you can get a good overview of what it would be like to invest in that market.
