About Joshua Barrett

I am an investor, entrepreneur and leader in real estate sales in Central KY. I began my real estate career when I was only 18 years old. I spent several years representing many buyers and sellers of investment properties in the Central KY region and aligned myself to work with some of my community's largest real estate investors. Central KY is positioned well for investment property because of the massive amounts of college students, industrial transferals and government workers which are moved to the area because of work provided by the Bluegrass Army Depot (specializing in the demilitarization of the chemical weapons housed in the area).


Investing price points start at $80k a door for single family homes. 

$40k - $70k per door on larger apartment complexes that are over 8 units.
