They are currently working on our downtown area to appeal to more tourists and to bring more jobs. We also have a state prison and an ammunition plant that is a major source of income for the area. They all need housing, affordable housing that meet FHA and RD standards. With that in mind, Pittsburg County makes a great area for flipping.
There has been a continuous shortage of rentals in the area. The area to me is a hidden
