She also has a horse and a pony (Princess and Annabella), she loves to groom, ride and spend time outside with them. She received a Bachelor degree from Campbell University in 2012 and has a background in interior design and office management. She is a fully licensed NC Broker in commercial and residential real estate. Ashley owns and manages her two SFH rentals, horse farm and triplex and matches her investors with the tools to manage their rentals or a property manager. She also helps investors do yearly assessments of their local properties to make sure all are preforming for them and if not makes a plan to swap them out for a property that will fit better in their portfolio. Ashley showcases her listings for her investors on her website as well as many other real estate sites and utilizes a team of professionals such as a photographer, staging companies, drone photographers, and appraisers to assist in marketing her listings to get top dollar!
