About Keith Moore
I began my real estate career in the fast-paced market of San Antonio in 2004. However, there came a time when I wanted to give extra service and personal attention to my clients. Giving up volume for personal service just seemed like the right thing to do! With that as my goal, I am now concentrating on the central Texas areas of Belton, Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, Killeen, Lampasas, Temple and Waco.
I have been licensed since 2004 having achieved the designation of ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), CNHS (Certified New Home Specialists) and recently completed the CMRS (Certified Military Residential Specialist). The CMRS training has helped me understand the military families special needs. And for the investor, I am a 1031 Exchange specialist. Winning awards doesn’t give the personal service, but giving the personal service does win the awards. Being recognized as top listing agent or top sales agent month after month is of little importance. Being notified that I qualified multiple times as San Antonio Platinum Top 50 agents was humbling!

Investment Price Points
ROI is always a challenge. The key to good return is keeping cash flow. i.e. keeping tenants. The cost for the average Quadplex ranges from $150,00 to $500.000 with rents from $400 per month to over $1300 depending on quality of the investment. For you folks interested in rehab we have a few houses in the $30,000 to $50,000 range with the occasional REO property offered for sale. VA repo are offered monthly, not as high of volume as could be expected. Market here is generally good most of the year and always changing.
