The highest price point that makes sense in our market is the $275,000-$325,000 range. Prices are still going up, but so is the interest and price of materials is skyrocketing. The monthly rental prices are slowing considerably. The Job outlook is promising, with many companies at a start rate of $15.00 and up. There is no shortage of renters, only what they can realistically maintain.
