Licensed since 1986, I have had experience in the failed S&L institute in Texas. I handled bank owned commercial properties for Casptone Real Estate Services in 1991-1992. I managed and disposed of office condos, retail strip centers, bars and restaurants as well as a funeral home. I relocated back to the Atlanta market when my mother became ill. I was involved in the crash of the market in 2008, selling millions of dollars in foreclosed properties. Single family, multifamily, commercial and vacant land. I have extensive experience in property management, budgets, P&L and data analysis of income producing properties. I currently do not offer any property management services. We have some of the best demographics in our market here in metro Atlanta. We have seen some of the best appreciation rates in the country. We have a multitude of colleges and universities inside the perimeter.
Investment Price Points
You would be pressed to find something under $150,000 in our market, and there would be twenty buyers looking to purchase it. So you will be competing with all cash offers. You can find some cheaper in C and D areas that need a lot of work. They want your due diligence to be after the contract is binding. More buyers than sellers.
