I will listen to your needs to establish your goals. We will work together, with my team to reach your goals, keeping you continually informed during the entire process. I have worked with clients throughout the New Orleans Metro Area including the Northshore, and as far as Baton Rouge. I strive to provide exceptional service to each of my clients. I fully understand that buying or selling a home is an experience that stirs up many emotions. I will help keep you on track to represent your best interest throughout the process. With my knowledge and experience I have what it takes to service your real estate needs in a professional, efficient and friendly manner.
I'm a native New Orleanian, born and raised on the West Bank, also referred to as "the Best Bank," a suburb of New Orleans just across the Crescent City Connection. I enjoy spending time with the family, traveling, biking (which I don’t get to do as often as I like!) and volunteering with various organizations. Over the years, I’ve been involved in organizations through my children’s schools, our church and civic organizations. I thoroughly enjoy my career in real estate as I feel a great accomplishment and sense of satisfaction when a client finds their dream home. I enjoy interacting with my clients and spending time with them to find that perfect home or investment property.
New Orleans is an awesome place to invest as we still have great deals with really good cash flow. It's like fishing, sometimes you wait and wait, then you feel something tug on your line, but reel in NOTHING. Cast your line back out and wait some more. The best deals come to those that wait.
Investment Price Points
In our metro area and surrounding suburbs we have property values from the lows of $50,000 on up. These properties will cash flow when properly managed and acquired.
